Blue Man Group

Saturday, October 14, 2006
Tonight the fam went out to see The Blue Man Group here in Dallas:

Unfortunately, they wouldn't allow cameras inside the arena. So I have no cool pics from the show. But here is my delightful family.

First was dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. There might be no better meal on this earth. The house wine is my absolute favorite, Robert Mondavi Merlot, so of course we got a bottle since Jeff is even of age now :) Then Angel Hair with Shrimp and luscious cheesecake with strawberries.

BMG was at AA Center which was fun (NBA preseason this past week!!). The seats were decent. The concert was much different than the off-Broadway show we saw five years ago. It was more of a rock concert here as opposed to performance art slash improv comedy like in NYC. It was fun seeing and remembering their signature elements like marshmallow throwing and mouth paintball art. They tried doing this text message element to the show where they sent you text messages during the show as part of an enhanced experience. It ended up being annoying, but I think the idea has potential.

Overall a nice evening in Big D. Back to Norman tomorrow.

Hey Brittany, I never excelled at science so I need to ask. Is there any way that you and your Mum could also be twins?
